Playmaker U AAU Basketball – Terms and Conditions
By registering for Playmaker U AAU Basketball, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:
1. Program Participation
Athletes must be officially registered and provide any required documentation (e.g., proof of age, AAU membership number).
Players must demonstrate good sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect toward coaches, referees, teammates, and spectators.
Playmaker U reserves the right to remove any athlete for misconduct or violation of team rules, without refund.
2. Fees and Payments
Registration fees are non-refundable unless Playmaker U cancels the program entirely.
Payments must be made in full or according to the agreed schedule before participation in practices, games, or tournaments.
Outstanding balances may affect an athlete’s ability to compete.
3. Attendance and Commitment
Participation in scheduled practices, games, and tournaments is expected unless excused for illness, injury, or family emergency.
Repeated unexcused absences may affect playing time or participation.
4. Playing Time
Playing time is earned and based on attendance, effort, attitude, skill level, and team needs.
Equal playing time is not guaranteed.
5. Code of Conduct
Players and parents are expected to uphold positive behavior on and off the court.
Verbal/physical abuse, unsportsmanlike conduct, or interference with coaching decisions may result in suspension or dismissal from the program without refund.
6. Travel and Tournaments
Families are responsible for transportation, lodging, and meals unless otherwise specified.
Playmaker U is not liable for costs related to cancellations or unforeseen schedule changes.
7. Liability Waiver
Participation carries inherent risks of injury. By registering, you accept these risks.
Playmaker U, its coaches, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss during practices, games, tournaments, or travel.
8. Media Release
By registering, you grant Playmaker U permission to use photographs, videos, and likenesses of athletes for promotional purposes without compensation.
